These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of FoodSafe IQ (app.foodsafeiq.com), a food safety audit and compliance platform operated by Bullard Consulting Services ("FoodSafe IQ," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
FoodSafe IQ is provided to organizations and their authorized staff for the purpose of conducting food safety audits, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining compliance records. Accounts are provisioned by an organization administrator. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and to keep your login credentials confidential.
By providing a mobile phone number to FoodSafe IQ, you consent to receive text messages related to your account, including corrective action alerts, audit completion notices, and other operational notifications. Message frequency varies based on your organization's audit activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or subscription.
FoodSafe IQ uses AI-assisted analysis to help identify potential food safety issues from photos and inspection data. AI-generated findings are intended to support, not replace, professional judgment and local health department guidance. Users remain responsible for verifying findings and taking appropriate corrective action.
Paid subscriptions are billed per location as described at the time of purchase. Pilot or complimentary accounts are provided at our discretion and may be subject to different terms, including an expiration date, as communicated directly to the organization.
FoodSafe IQ is provided "as is." While we work to keep audit analysis accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee that use of the platform will prevent all food safety violations or regulatory findings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodSafe IQ and Bullard Consulting Services are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
