When your organization sets up an account with FoodSafe IQ, we collect:

Name, email address, and mobile phone number of managers and staff added to the platform
Facility and location information related to food safety audits
Audit photos, checklist responses, and temperature logs submitted through the platform
Basic account and usage data (login activity, device/browser information)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Operate and maintain your organization's compliance audit account
Generate AI-assisted food safety audit reports
Send account notifications, corrective action alerts, and audit reminders by email and, where you've provided a mobile number, by SMS text message
Improve the reliability and accuracy of the platform

SMS / Text Messaging Consent

If you provide a mobile phone number, you may receive text messages from FoodSafe IQ related to your account, including corrective action alerts and audit completion notices. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your organization's audit activity. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes, and mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that power FoodSafe IQ's core functionality (such as our database, hosting, AI analysis, and messaging providers), and only as needed to operate the platform. These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain account and audit data for as long as your organization maintains an active subscription, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with recordkeeping obligations or resolve disputes.

Your Choices

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us below
Organization administrators can update or remove staff accounts directly within the platform
