Andrew Bullard, Founder and CEO of Bullard Consulting, is an experienced operations director who is passionate about optimizing customer experiences while maximizing shareholder value. Andrew holds a Masters in Business Administration and has worked in leadership roles across a wide variety of retail, customer service, and food & beverage organizations.
Caitlin Bullard, President of Bullard Consulting, is an expert in strategic planning, training, and leading organizational change. Caitlin holds a Doctorate degree in Leadership and Professional Practice and has led innovation and strategic change initiatives in a number of roles in Tennessee public education.
